If you wish to return one or more items on your order please call (01603 777242) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) our customer services team to arrange the return. Please note that any items returned without prior contact with our customer service team WILL NOT be processed and will be rejected, these items will not be returned to you until an additional delivery charge is paid.
When requesting to return items please state the following:
- Your order number
- Name of the customer on the order
- Details regarding the reason for requesting a return
Once our customer services team have authorised a return we will email you a return address(es) and/or label(s). As there may be more than one supplier you may have multiple returns labels. It is up to the Supplier’s discretion whether the delivery cost for the return will be chargeable to the Client.
If you are returning an item due to it being ordered incorrectly or simply because you do not wish to keep the item then you will be liable for the return shipment costs. As such we would recommend that all items returned are on a recorded and insured service as ETP Card Processing Ltd (SNAP) are not liable for any damage to items returned by customers via a carrier or postage service. If a returned item is received to ETP, or one of our suppliers, damaged we will make you aware upon receipt so you can process a damage claim with your carrier.
In every case of a return our customer service team will explain the process of returning or replacing an item. They will also cover details relating to additional returns charges. Once ETP, or our suppliers, have received your item(s) back and they are processed you will be informed via email or telephone of the outcome.
The returns process can take up to 10working days upon receipt of the returned goods. For items requiring a repair under warranty or if your replacement item is out of stock this can take longer. You will be kept informed via email and be given an approximate time-scale.
Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post, email or telephone.
Please do not return any item without contacting SNAPSHOP to advise of your request to return within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, SNAP will give you a full refund of the amount paid.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace or repair the goods (or the faulty part of the item) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price).
If the product is unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will refund the full amount via the method of payment originally used to purchase, please contact our customer services team on our freephone number: +44 (0)1603 777242 or via email: email@example.com and we will provide you with a returns label.
If you find your goods have been damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Please note: oils, detergents, lubricants & greases are non refundable
